What To Expect in a Meridian Tapping Session:

One meridian tapping session typically lasts from 1-½ to 2 hours.

When you begin the session, your practitioner will begin with a relaxation exercise. She will ask you focusing questions and explain the process for the session.

Your practitioner will direct you to tap on specific meridian points on your face or body. As you gently tap on these mind-body connection points, she will give you words or phrases to say. You will create a new neural path—a happy detour—and you will change your belief patterns. After you have tapped in your new, positive feeling, you will end with another relaxation exercise.

By the end of the session, you will feel amazed at the difference you feel.
